CompanyCrafters works with its clients in a variety of manners depending on the assignment and the client’s needs.

• Consulting Assignments – CompanyCrafters consults to corporations to plan and launch new businesses. Because we believe that the majority of the value is in the process rather than the final documents, we do not write turnkey business plans for our clients. Rather, we work with the intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs and management team spinning out the business to craft the business plan together.
  
  
• Coaching Assignments – CompanyCrafters coaches intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs, and executive teams through the business planning process, launch of the new business, and high growth development of young businesses.
  
  
• Interim Executive Roles – CompanyCrafters takes on interim assignments that are often required to launch a new business. In these roles, we help our clients through critical development stages or to overcome specific obstacles.
  
  
• Education – CompanyCrafters delivers educational seminars and workshops to corporations and research universities. Often these workshops lay the foundation for more entrepreneurial (intrapreneurial) thinking across the corporation as it focuses on getting new innovations to market. These seminars and workshops provide a structured, step-by-step processes for formulating, launching and growing new businesses.
  
  
• Board of Directors and Advisors – CompanyCrafters’ partners serve on select corporate boards of directors and advisory boards, bringing a wide range of startup experience to help executive teams navigate the turbulence of launching and scaling young enterprises.
