CompanyCrafters uses a structured, step-by-step
process for taking the company through the business planning process,

Our methodologies cut across the four important aspects of any
new business: internal facing business planning and execution, investor
facing financial strategy, customer facing sales and marketing,
and leadership and board development.

In the SHAPE stage, we use a set of analytical tools to develop
the market opportunity, value proposition, industry map, strategic
direction, and financial models. We start with a broadening
view of the various market opportunities and through successive
iterations, narrow to the most promising business model. Our
approach provides a well though-out business plan that gains
complete buy-in by the management team and excites investors.
In the LAUNCH stage, we turn our attention to an execution
methodology starting with a pre-flight checklist, short term
execution plans with built-in accountability, the CEO dashboard,
and key metrics to drive success.
With companies that are in the SCALE stage, we work with
the management team to deliver repeatable, predictable sales
growth, develop systems that support the growth, and remove
the often unseen barriers that inhibit growth.
